This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff on the reception were there at every hours. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests had been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Extremely pleasant hotel and wonderful area. I Absolutely recommend Hakuba Grand Apartments!

I have booked the room for seven nights with my husband. Beds were comfy and the room was constantly clean. The personnel were being incredibly helpful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
